Dennis Miller is the Principal and Founder of WDI. In this role, he serves as a dedicated, Veteran-specific lobbyist, fiercely advocating for his clients across all levels of government. Dennis brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and an unmatched passion for improving the lives of Veterans both regionally and globally.
Known for bridging critical gaps in public policy, Dennis excels at building enduring relationships between constituent agencies and lawmakers to drive meaningful legislative and regulatory outcomes. When partnering with your organization, Dennis will expertly assess your Veteran-focused programming, identify policy gaps, and collaborate with your leadership team to strengthen advocacy strategies. He then mobilizes a tailored team of subject matter experts to design sustainable, high-impact government relations solutions that ensure your agency's objectives are effectively championed on Capitol Hill, Harrisburg, Trenton, Dover and beyond.

Dennis grew up in South Philadelphia, mostly under the care of his grandmother, Sylvia Benton. Early on, it was clear that Ms. Sylvia was a no-nonsense individual. She learned how to instill order and discipline while fighting in World War II as Private Sylvia Armstrong, proud member of The Six Triple Eight. Dennis learned a deep apprecia
Dennis grew up in South Philadelphia, mostly under the care of his grandmother, Sylvia Benton. Early on, it was clear that Ms. Sylvia was a no-nonsense individual. She learned how to instill order and discipline while fighting in World War II as Private Sylvia Armstrong, proud member of The Six Triple Eight. Dennis learned a deep appreciation of the military lifestyle and the warrior ethos while under her tutelage. He joined the Marine Corps with her blessing...one of her proudest moments was attending his graduation from Parris Island. She showed him the way to be a leader as an active duty warrior and guided him during his transition to retirement. He learned the most valuable lesson Ms. Sylvia had to teach; perseverance in the face of adversity. Dennis would not be the man he is today without Private Armstrong and he keeps her memory close, driving him to the successes he enjoys today.
